Privacy Policy

aijobsdesk is a read-only job board. It indexes publicly available job postings from companies' own career pages and applicant-tracking systems. The short version: we don't collect personal information about you.

No accounts, no personal data

There is no sign-up, login, or account. We don't ask for your name, email, résumé, or any other personal detail, and we have no way to identify you. Search filters (role, location, category) are passed as parameters in your browser's URL. They stay in your browser and are not linked to any identity.

Local storage

We store exactly one thing on your device: your light/dark theme preference, saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and is not a tracking cookie.

Analytics & advertising

We run no third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. As with any website, the server that hosts aijobsdesk may keep standard, short-lived request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. These are not used to profile you.

Leaving the site to apply

When you click Apply, you leave aijobsdesk and go to the employer's own website or applicant-tracking system (for example Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby). What you submit there is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. We don't receive or store your application.

Where job & company data comes from

Listings and company profiles are compiled from public sources: companies' official career boards, their ATS public APIs, and public funding/press information. If you represent a company and want a listing corrected or removed, get in touch below.
