- Partner with leadership to strengthen culture, employee engagement, and the overall employee experience

- Build scalable People processes and infrastructure to support a rapidly growing team

- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline People workflows and improve operational efficiency

You Have…

- 4–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related generalist role

- Hands-on experience across core HR functions, including benefits, onboarding, employment compliance, and performance management

- Strong understanding of US employment laws, UK employment law (or ability to ramp quickly), and HR compliance, including leave policies, employee classification, and regulatory requirements

- Experience building or managing performance programs, including feedback cycles, promotions, and annual reviews

- Highly autonomous, scrappy, and comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment

- Exceptional judgment and discretion, with the ability to handle highly sensitive employee and business information with strict confidentiality

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership

- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution
