We’re looking for an enthu HR Intern to join the People team at Bolna.ai http://Bolna.ai.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing startup - from supporting employees to helping run day-to-day HR and office operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data stays accurate and organised.
- Support employee queries and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Facilitate office operations, events, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with employees and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR and office requirements.
- Support the People team with day-to-day operational requirements as the organisation scales.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related internship.
- Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in HR.
