- Build practical SEO and AIO/GEO programs that improve discovery, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop Japanese customer references and proof points with customers, Sales, Customer Success, Communications, and Legal.
- Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to identify content gaps in priority accounts and active opportunities, and develop sales-ready assets that help buyers take the next step.
- Plan how major content will be distributed and activated across digital, events, partners, nurture, and Sales channels.
- Collaborate with Glean partners to review deliverables and co-create content that is relevant to shared customers and campaigns.
- Manage agencies and freelancers while maintaining ownership of messaging, product accuracy, and final quality.
- Measure content performance and use the results to improve engagement, lead generation, Sales usage, and pipeline influence.
- You are a native-level Japanese writer and editor with professional English communication skills.
- You have 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or AI.
- You have owned content beyond production, including distribution, activation, and performance measurement.
- You understand Japanese enterprise buyers and can explain complex technology in clear, credible business language.
- You have experience with website content, SEO, analytics, customer stories, and demand-generation assets.
- You can work hands-on while managing multiple projects, agencies, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- You are an effective cross-functional partner who can work with local, regional, global, and external partner teams.
- You use AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, creation, repurposing, and analysis while maintaining strong editorial standards.
- This role is remote and must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
