Job Title: Recovery Manager Location: Bangalore, Karnataka About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recovery Manager – South Zone to lead and manage recovery operations across the South region. The role involves driving collection performance, managing field recovery teams and agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving regional recovery targets while maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead recovery and collections operations across the South Zone. Develop and implement recovery strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency. Manage and monitor regional recovery teams and external collection agencies. Track recovery performance against monthly and quarterly targets and take corrective actions where required. Review overdue accounts and prioritize recovery efforts based on aging and risk. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers when necessary. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements throughout the recovery process. Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve complex recovery cases. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and recovery performance reviews for senior management. Conduct regular field visits, audits, and team performance reviews across the assigned region. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance recovery efficiency and customer experience. Train, mentor, and develop regional recovery teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred. 5–8 years of experience in collections/recovery, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience managing regional recovery operations, preferably across South India. Strong understanding of recovery processes, collections, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills.
