The Construction Global Supply Chain Analysts role is to ensure construction projects have the contractors, equipment, materials, and services they need to stay on schedule and within budget.

The Construction Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities required to successfully execute construction and capital projects. This role partners closely with construction project managers, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and finance departments to ensure materials, equipment, and services are procured efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with project budgets and schedules. The analyst manages purchase orders, evaluates supplier quotations, supports contractor onboarding, tracks supplier performance, resolves procurement issues, and provides analytical support to drive informed sourcing decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to cost savings, risk mitigation, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing construction and professional services purchase orders (POs) for construction projects and professional services.
  • Creating and evaluating RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from contractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting sourcing and procurement decisions for construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Onboarding and developing new suppliers and contractors.
  • Tracking supplier performance and delivery timelines to avoid project delays.
  • Working with engineering, project managers, cost controls, and contractors to resolve procurement issues.
  • Supporting change orders, RFIs, contract reviews, and project closeout activities.
  • Analyzing data and reporting project spending and procurement status.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or construction management
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations in a construction environment. Understanding the construction life cycle including design & design build methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
  • Understanding construction contracts, construction work orders, and professional services contracts.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Coupa and SAP.
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and follow-through,
  • Ability to produce clear and concise written and verbal communications 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or co-op experience in a construction or manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to PO lifecycle and supplier communications
  • Construction or technical experience (engineering)

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.  Base Pay Range (Annual)$72,000—$99,000 USD
