About Company Masai School is a fast-growing outcome-driven EdTech platform focused on building careers through industry-relevant learning programs. We are building impactful digital experiences that empower learners and organizations at scale. Role Overview Role: Senior UI/UX Designer (with strong UI experience) Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Bangalore We're looking for a designer who complements problem solving with visual craft. You think in systems but obsess over the pixel — someone equally comfortable shaping a product flow and designing a campaign page that stops the scroll. If your portfolio skews more toward visually compelling high-fidelity executions than research decks, this role was written for you. Key Responsibilities Own the visual design language across product and marketing — landing pages, onboarding, campaign pages, and growth flows. Design high-fidelity interfaces, interaction models, and prototypes that are both usable and visually distinctive. Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual standards used across product and marketing. Direct or produce visual assets — illustrations, iconography, motion graphics, and micro-interactions — that elevate the experience. Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape design direction from brief to shipped. Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate exploration and execution without compromising craft. Core Qualifications (Must-Have) 6–8 years specifically in UI/UX or Product Design, with a portfolio that leads with visual design , not just UX deliverables. Prior startup experience (non-negotiable). We have quick TATs, and hence this is non-negotiable. Proficiency in Figma; Motion design chops (Rive, or Lottie) are a strong plus. Experience designing responsive interfaces, landing pages, and growth-focused experiences. Comfort working across product and marketing — you understand both contexts and can shift registers. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting and defending design decisions. Basic HTML/CSS awareness is a plus — you don't need to code, but you need to know what's feasible. Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Background in EdTech, SaaS, AI, or consumer tech. Experience building or scaling design systems across teams. Strong motion design skills — animations, interactive experiences, or rich visual storytelling. Experience navigating between stakeholders, clients, agencies, and internal teams.
