AI Product Manager | Libra AI, Inc

We’re hiring an AI PM to work directly with the founding team at Libra AI.
This is a 0→1 role. You’ll be shaping product, shipping fast, and building at the edge of what AI can do today.
What you’ll do
- Own product end-to-end from idea to shipped feature
- Work closely with engineering to design and ship AI-native workflows
- Prototype fast using tools like Claude, Lovable, etc.
- Define product direction based on user behavior, not opinions
- Obsess over UX, details, and product quality
- Operate with high speed and high ownership
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of real product management experience (not ops/analyst roles)
- Strong understanding of AI systems LLMs, agents, orchestration
- Ability to independently prototype and validate ideas
- Technical enough to work closely with engineers
- Strong product taste: you know what good looks like
- Extremely high attention to detail
- High agency: you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Can join immediately (or within 2 weeks max)
Bonus
- Experience building or shipping AI products
- Strong sense of design / UX
- Experience working in fast-paced 0→1 environments
