🚀 YOUR ROLE

 

For our PALO IT LABS based in Paris, 17e District, and entirely focused on developing our Gen-e2 methodology, you will use advanced AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation.

 

As a key member of our team, you will lead high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives and transformation programs from discovery to delivery. You will be responsible for technical excellence, and client success, ensuring each project aligns with the Gen-e2 speed-to-impact model.

 

Your soft skills will help you build or be part of a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations by effectively blending human expertise and AI capabilities.

 

🎯 YOUR MISSION

 

As a Coach AI Tech, your mission is both internal and external:

 

- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and product teams, delivering large-scale, AI-driven, cloud-native solutions integrating DevSecOps

- Define technical strategy, support clients in transformative adoption of fully AI-driven delivery models

- Conduct technical analyses, define solution architectures, and facilitate client workshops to determine project technical approaches

- Implement Gen-e2 best practices, from product repository artifacts to AI prompt libraries for coding standards, architecture, and security compliance

- Train and coach client teams on Gen-e2, enabling them to adopt AI-driven ways of working and anchor them in their culture

- Support organizations in scaling Gen-e2, by creating strategies and frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption

- Boost productivity and quality by leveraging AI to generate the majority of artifacts while applying rigorous review and validation processes

- Foster an AI-First engineering culture, mentoring teams to master AI-First practices in research, design, prototyping, backlog creation, and code generation

- Continuously experiment with practices and improve our delivery approach, leveraging the latest AI capabilities, tools, and patterns to push product engineering boundaries

- Engage stakeholders, ensuring delivery at least 50% faster than client expectations

 

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

 

- You have proven leadership in engineering/consulting and have coached teams and enabled clients (transformations, playbooks) in demanding agile environments.

- You have a solid grounding in software engineering, design/architecture, and know how to move from discovery to delivery with impact.

- You master AI code assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.), prompt engineering, and have a passion for reinventing a measured AI-First SDLC (DORA, quality, SLOs).

- You have expertise in cloud & platform (AWS/Azure, GCP+), serverless, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD, trunk-based, observability (OTel, Prom/Grafana), and security by design.

- You are comfortable with enterprise tooling/migration (Atlassian, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, SSO, GDPR) and can navigate stakeholders (CTO/CIO/CISO, Product, Data, Legal) with business alignment.

- You have a builder spirit, service-oriented leadership, clear communication, and are comfortable with innovation, ambiguity, and change.

- You are sensitive to Tech for Good (B Corp)—accessibility, sustainability, AI ethics—and fluent English (other languages are a plus).
