This role is suited for professionals who are passionate about AI/ML education, learner mentorship , and explaining technical concepts clearly in Tamil . The Teaching Assistant will help learners build strong conceptual foundations and practical ML skills. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Doubt-Solving & Tutorial Sessions Conduct or moderate weekly doubt-solving and Q&A sessions in Tamil . Explain AI/ML concepts, assignments, and coding challenges with clarity. Reinforce learning from faculty-led sessions through tutorials. Q&A and Discussion Forum Support Provide timely and accurate responses on discussion forums, chats, and LMS. Assist learners with Python programming, ML pipelines, and debugging . Academic & Research Support Share real-world AI/ML use cases, tools, and industry practices with learners. Guide students on model building, evaluation, and improvement techniques . Learner Engagement & Feedback Maintain learner motivation through regular feedback and guidance. Track progress and escalate concerns to cohort managers. Collect insights to help improve course delivery and content relevance.
