Can you apply
We do not restrict by specific industries or founder profiles. The only requirement is ambition to build at the frontier. Solo founders are welcome, though we favour those able to prototype independently. You do not need an idea to apply, but you should be able to demonstrate idea-generation ability.

A technologist community that funds people before they have an idea. The Founder Fellowship writes a two-part cheque for a fixed 7%, while the separate Member Residency gives six months of ideation with no cost and no equity taken.

The Founder Fellowship is for technologists who already know they want to start a company and are ready for funding. The deal is two-part: $400K upfront for 7% on a standard SAFE, with a further $600K guaranteed in the next external funding round. There is no fixed end date; an eight-week in-person bootcamp is followed by a residency that runs as long as needed until seed fundraising begins.
