You may have founded and built a company from the ground-up before. You may be a leader at a big company who is an entrepreneur and builder at heart, ready to start something of your own. Or you may have been an early employee at a startup. We look for founders who are world-class team builders, visionaries, customer-centric, scrappy, strategic and magnetic. We work with world-class entrepreneurs in the Pacific Northwest. Half of the ideas that we work on in PSL studio come from the founders, and the other half is generated by our internal ideation engine.

You work with PSL's marketers, designers, engineers, data scientists and analysts to drive an idea to spinout: validating customer demand, building the product, recruiting the founding team and pitching investors. PSL says most ideas get killed rather than spun out, and it tracks the ratio publicly. Half the ideas come from founders, half from its own ideation engine, so you can bring your own or take one of theirs. There is no application form: you email the team.
