Everything Peak XV Partners funds →Details
Surge started in 2019 as Peak XV's seed programme and has partnered with 350+ founders. The investment is "up to $5 million in seed capital in each company through an equity investment", with a stated range of $500K to $5M, on an open architecture that welcomes co-investors. Each company gets a dedicated investment advisor who works to 16-week goals, and once a year the cohort comes together for an eight-week immersion that wraps in San Francisco. Surge explicitly contrasts itself with the standard accelerator model: "No end date to the platform access" and it does not take board seats at the early stage. Peak XV publishes no equity percentage, so equityPct is null rather than zero. Note that reported figures elsewhere put Surge at $1M-$3M; Peak XV's own FAQ says $500K-$5M, which is what is recorded here.
