What NLnet Foundation funds
Dutch foundation funding free and open source software, open hardware and open standards work on the open internet, largely through the EU-funded NGI Zero programmes. Small grants against a short application form, with recurring first-of-month deadlines and results that must ship under a libre licence.
Everything NLnet Foundation funds →Details
One of two NLnet calls open at the time of this fetch while the foundation transitions its regular open call to an Open Internet Stack effort. Eligible activities are broad: research, FOSS and open hardware development, security audits and formal proofs, documentation, standardisation, usability work, packaging, event travel, project management and infrastructure out-of-pocket costs. NLnet says it will contact applicants within a few days after each deadline, which is an acknowledgement rather than a decision, so decisionDays is left null.
