Can you apply
A UK registered business of any size or RTO must lead collaborative projects. The consortium must include at least one UK-registered SME claiming grant funding. Academic institutions cannot lead. If the lead is an RTO, it must collaborate with two businesses, one of which must be an SME. Overseas subcontractors are not permitted.

Projects must start by 1 September 2026 and end by 31 August 2027. Academic institutions cannot lead. Subcontractors are allowed but capped at 20% of total project costs, and overseas subcontractors are not permitted. Amounts shown are total eligible project costs, not the grant itself.
