Details

EF invests in individuals before a company exists. On signing the offer you receive a £6,000 Talent Investment stipend, paid gross of tax, to cover living costs during FORM, the first 12 weeks in EF's London office. If a team forms and EF invests, EF puts in $125,000 via a post-money SAFE for 8% of the company, with a further $125,000 available from EF and its partner Transpose Platform conditional on relocating to San Francisco for LAUNCH, the final 12 weeks. If no company forms or EF chooses not to invest, EF takes no equity.
