Can you apply
Eligibility for AWS Activate: Pre-series B, founded in the last 10 years, AWS Account on Paid Tier Plan, and either new to Activate Credits or requesting more credits than previously received. Apply directly if you're bootstrapped or self-funded.

What Amazon Web Services funds
AWS gives pre-Series B startups promotional cloud credits through AWS Activate so they can build infrastructure, data services and AI/ML workloads on AWS before they have revenue. Credit size is set by funding stage and by whether an accelerator or investor vouches for the company.
