Can you apply
To join the Antler residency, at least one co-founder will need to already have work authorization and must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or hold a status that provides independent, indefinite, and unrestricted work authorization. Antler does not provide visa sponsorship. On a monthly basis, we invite a select group of operators, builders, and founders.

What Antler funds
A day-zero investor running residencies in roughly 30 cities where individuals join without a co-founder or idea, form teams during the programme, and take investment at inception. Terms are set per country rather than globally.

The US residency runs monthly cohorts in San Francisco, New York City and Austin, lasting up to three months, with applications reviewed year-round. Antler states its initial commitment is typically $500K to $1M plus $650K in partner credits, and that there is no fee to join. Antler does not publish an equity percentage for the US programme, so equityPct is null rather than zero. At least one co-founder must already hold unrestricted US work authorisation; Antler does not sponsor visas.
