Can you apply
The program is designed for founders building their startup from India and looking to raise their first cheque. Startups can be from across stages, and based out of anywhere in the country. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. If there is an interest to evaluate further, founders will hear from 100X in 7-10 working days. Shortlisted startups will be invited to Mumbai for an interview with team 100X.

100X.VC invests ₹1.25 crore in each selected startup through an iSAFE (India SAFE) note for 15% of future equity. Applications are rolling: founders hear back within 7-10 working days if 100X wants to evaluate further, shortlisted teams are interviewed in Mumbai, and the estimated time from term sheet to deal closure is two weeks once due diligence documents are submitted and the Indian entity is incorporated. After investment, founders join the HomeRun Masterclass Series, a six-week in-person classroom programme in Mumbai with 50+ mentors, followed by a VC Pitch Day for the next round. Because the instrument is a convertible iSAFE note, the 15% is of future equity rather than a stake taken at investment.
